I love Bio Recharge! First off, I love the simplicity of it. Just tear it open and pour into water, don't even need to stir it. It even adds to my mindfulness practice, since I get to watch for a few seconds as it fizzes into the water. it really gives me a supercharge of energy, and it also works during my 2:00 crash. I love the mental clarity I get when using it. I had no idea about the humic/fulvic differences and I’ve seen a lot of ads for different products.
I have to say I also like that you have the paper containers - all other products I tried had the sticky resiny stuff that takes a while to dissolve in liquid and then leaves a sort of smoky flavor which isn’t unpleasant but I don’t love it.
Yours is totally enviro-friendly, simple, immediate, and now there’s no detox moment either. So cool!

Is This Like Shilajit?
Shilajit is excreted from cracks in rocks in mountains, usually the Himalayas.
Shilajit is often sold in its raw or unprocessed form and manufacturers often do not indicate (or know) what percentage of actual Fulvic or Humic acid they contain.
Lack of processing also can lead to fungus growth. These mycotoxins, or mold, can what make Shilajit taste very bad and/or strong.
Several cases of lead poisoning have been reported from Shilajit products sold in India and in the United States.
Is This Like Zeolite?
Zeolite’s main purpose is as a binder, i.e., it doesn’t contribute much, if any trace minerals but instead just vacuums up certain kinds of toxins.
With humic substances, they are good at binding to some toxins, like heavy metals, but they also contribute over 70+ necessary trace minerals, including ones that have a very strong electrical charge that recharges your cells.
